My experiment with peace(not a testimony).how to overcome this turmoil ???
people say peace cannot be searched outside it is within us..this is what many told me(ridiculous) !!!
what my experiment revealed is
it is a feeling about insularity
it is about belonging or not belonging
it is a herald of mental detachment
as many say spirituality is not the panacea for inner tornados..no not upto me.
but being happy and making in contagious would do most magic.. smile at any cost..will perform WONDERS.
from the morning am smiling at everyone whosoever i see there is no reason but it gives pleasure and a positive hike. in real time it is not possible. it is a kinda tedious meditation.
